Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions.

1.4 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Adequa Nutrition is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

1.5 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability of recipient

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of collagen and health supplements, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

3.1 Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged in transit

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product is expired

  • The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products without original packaging

  • Change of mind

If your return request is approved:

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations
